Registration Flow and Policy
Modification and Cancellation
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be announced on the official website & Facebook page.
- All prices listed are in US Dollars.
- All registrations are non-transferable.
- Please make the payment within 7 days after receiving our payment notification via email. Space will not be guaranteed if the payment is not completed. All activities will be charged in original unit price after Nov. 30.
(a) Registration in Taiwan:
To ensure your spot, full payment needs to be made by T/T or in cash.
(b) Registration from overseas:
To ensure your spot at the event, full payment needs to be made via PayPal. - After we have checked the receipt of your payment, a final confirmation (w/ TTT Reg No.) will be sent via email.
- In order to provide quality milongas and classes, there will be space and gender balance control. Please complete registration and make full payment to secure space. Once it reaches its limits, the milonga/class may close for registration and no walk-in will be accepted. All announcement will be updated regularly on official website and Facebook page.
Modification and Cancellation

(a) Please email us if you wish to purchase more activities. Please don’t resend the registration form.
(b) There will be no handling fee for extra purchase of activities.
(c) The activities to be purchased will be charged in original price if added after Nov. 30. - I want to modify my registration...
(a) Please email us if you wish to modify your registration. Please don’t resend the registration form
(b) A handling fee of USD7 will be charged for modification of registration
(c) Please be reminded that there might be a difference in total amount if any modification of registration is made. - I want to cancel my registration...
(a) If you wish to cancel your registration, please send the request by email before Dec. 7th. There will be no refund after Dec. 8th.
(b) In the case of cancellation, a cancellation fee of USD16 will be charged. Refund will be made via Paypal according to the following(please note that there might also be a handling fee charged by Paypal):
*Cancellation before Nov. 15th : Deducting the cancellation fee of USD16, the remaining will be refunded.
*Cancellation between Nov. 16th and Nov. 30th: 70% of the paid amount will be refunded.
*Cancellation between Dec. 1st and Dec. 7th: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
